This Seasonal Quest is intended to take a little more time. You need to earn 10 tiaras in the 2nd group of tasks. What can you do to earn tiaras? 
- Enter in the daily FashCups (there are two per day each 12 hours - you can earn 3, 4, 5 tiaras or more),
- vote for the daily contests (each gives1 tiara as a reward) also from 12 in 12 hours.

It means you need to get in the Contest and earn 10 Tiara Points ...

1) Details from Fashion SLOTS:

When you get 100 keys, use them ALL in the FASHION SLOTS. Confirmed that 100 keys complete both 100 keys tasks.

I hope you get luckier than me -  my 100 keys only gave me two (2) items as you can see below.

Fashland describes this outfit as "Crazy & Fun Futuristic Harajuku combination". Maybe this means we can use it as Futuristic Style.

Big winner is the new diving outfit. It is usual an hat and sunglasses and the winner has google glasses and sun glasses LOL... I tried a left empty hand and it didn't work very well, so carry always something in your hands.
